Return Conditions

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Exchanges

If you received a defective or incorrect item, we will gladly exchange it at no additional cost. Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Non-Eligible Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

• Items that have been used, washed, or altered
• Intimate apparel and personal care products
• Items marked as final sale
• Digital products or downloadable content
