Order Processing Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed, and a second email with your tracking number once your order has been dispatched.

Shopify Collective Suppliers MJ Trends sources products from multiple suppliers through Shopify Collective. As a result, shipping times and carriers may vary by product. In some cases, items from the same order may arrive in separate packages and at different times. You will receive individual tracking numbers for each shipment.
Shipping Carriers Shipping is handled by the individual product suppliers. Carriers may include USPS, UPS, FedEx, or other regional carriers depending on the supplier and your location.
Shipping Destinations We currently ship within the United States. International shipping availability may vary by product and supplier.
Delays We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by the carrier, weather conditions, customs processing, or any other events beyond our control. Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, the risk of loss transfers to you.
